Robert Agresta is an Investor, Executive and Special Counsel to Boards of Directors and Executives.
Robert’s practice is focused on the representation of Businesses, Executives and Boards of Directors in the Banking and Healthcare industries. He has experience advocating for and counseling Hospitals, Surgery Centers, Clinics, Insurance Companies and Banks.
Robert is a licensed attorney in New York, New Jersey and Washington, DC. He holds an MBA (EMBL-HSG) from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, a Juris Doctor (JD) from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Business Administration at Fordham University. In 2008 Robert was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for his work with the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office where he interned during law school.
Robert is a dual-citizen of Italy and the United States.
Elected at 25 as one of the youngest public officials in the State of New Jersey, Robert also served as a publicly elected Councilman and Council President in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. In 2010, Robert served as Chairman of the finance committee and was responsible for the first municipal property tax decrease in Englewood Cliffs in over 30 years.
Robert is a named Inventor on two published United States patent applications and is a licensed Pilot by the Federal Aviation Administration. He is presently pursuing his interests in glider flight and is an avid skier. In 2012 Robert also successfully hiked the 800 kilometer Camino de Santiago across northern Spain entirely on foot.
